报告摘要:
The electromagnetic engineering laboratory is one of the radio frequency research laboratories in the engineering school of Tohoku University. The major researches include the antenna engineering for various  wireless systems, microwave imaging, and computational electromagnetics. In this talk, the pioneering researches and achievements in the history of the laboratory such as Yagi-Uda antennas and self-complementary antennas are introduced. Some current researches including the development of passive millimeter-wave imaging system, RFID reader antennas, and small antennas for wireless capsule are described.
