365游戏大厅何业军团队2019年博士后招聘启事

因科研工作需要,依托于365游戏大厅的广东省基站天线与电波工程技术研究中心、深圳市天线与电波重点实验室现面向海内外招聘无线通信领域、电磁场与电磁波领域博士后研究人员数名(截止日期:2019年5月31日)。

一、研究工作方向
1、无线通信领域前沿研究;
2、电磁场与电磁波/天线/微波、毫米波电路理论及应用研究。

二、聘期待遇(税后每年32-36万元RMB,另加科研绩效奖励)
1.基本待遇:
a)按365游戏大厅博士后管理规定,每月由学校发放博士后研究人员基本工资8000元RMB,住房补贴2240元RMB,并按中级教师住房待遇;
b)每年发放18万元RMB的博士后津贴(其中深圳市政府6万元、学校补贴12万元,共计18万元,免税);
c)课题组每月发放>2000元的科研津贴,如果工作业绩突出的将额外给予一定的科研奖励。
d)每月200元用餐补贴,每年发放10个月

年均最低基本税后待遇总额:
180000+(8000+2240+2000)*12+2000=32.888万元

2.满足特定条件的奖励待遇:
如果满足以下两个条件,学校额外每月增加2000元奖励工资:
a)进站时为33周岁以下,获得博士学位在1年以内(以博士后到校报到时间为限)。
b)以下二项符合其中一项:
(I)泰晤士高等教育世界大学前200名高校(包括国内)应届或一年内毕业的博士。
(II)在博士期间发表3篇JCR二区以上学术论文的。
满足该条件的博后平均税后年薪为
180000+(8000+2240+2000)×12+2000+2000×12=35.288万元

3.课题组科研绩效奖励
a)论文奖励:一篇一区论文奖3万元,一篇二区奖1万元,一篇三区奖0.5万元,其他SCI论文每篇0.2万元。
备注:论文奖励需本人为第一作者(或导师第一作者本人为通讯作者)、365游戏大厅为第一完成单位的科研成果。以共同第一作者发表的论文,计算奖励时按共同贡献人数平均计算,即共2人为共同第一作者,则申报奖励金额的1/2。
b) 在站期间符合条件者,可申请博士后创新人才支持计划和广东省"珠江人才计划"海外青年人才引进计划(博士后资助项目)。

4.出站后可享受的人才政策:
a)留校条件:在站期间申请到国家自然基金青年基金,且体现出较出色的科研能力,让合作导师满意,优先推荐留校任教职。
b)博士后出站留深工作,可享受深圳市有关规定的待遇:有30万元科研启动经费。工作3年可申请深圳市高层次人才,享受160万奖励补助。具有国外学历者可申请深圳市孔雀人才计划,有300-500万科研启动经费,以及160万-240万的奖励补助。

三、培养方式
以国内培养为主、国内培养与国外培养相结合,在站期间对有发展潜力的博士后,可优先推荐到美国、加拿大、英国、日本、澳大利亚、新加坡、香港等地合作交流访问(访问期限因项目需要而定)。

四、应聘要求
1、博士毕业生(含春季或秋季应届生),有境外学习或工作经历者优先;
2、博士期间在国际期刊上发表过高水平学术期刊论文;
3、有较强的无线通信、电磁场与电磁波或相关领域研究背景;

王世伟:365游戏大厅教授、博士生导师,深圳市天线与电波重点实验室副主任。深圳市海外高层次人才"孔雀计划"C类专家。2003年香港科技大学本科毕业,2006年南洋理工大学硕士毕业,2009年南洋理工大学博士毕业。2010-2016年华南理工大学任副教授、硕导,2016-2017年任华南理工大学教授。曾在香港城市大学、澳门大学访问。2013年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划。研究方向:射频微波电路与天线。

2019 Postdoctoral Research Fellow Recruitment
Shenzhen University (Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center of Base Station Antennas and Propagation, and Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Antennas and Propagation)

Due to research demands, we are recruiting postdoctoral research fellows in the areas of Wireless Communications, and Electromagnetic Fields and Waves in Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center of Base Station Antennas and Propagation and Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Antennas and Propagation.

  1. Research Areas:

  1. Position start date: Available immediately

  2. Position deadline: Open until fully filled

  3. Salary and Benefits (Annual salary 320K-360K RMB (after-tax) plus research achievements bonus)

4.1 Minimum annual basic salary, above RMB320 K/ year (after-tax) which includes:

a) Monthly salary 8K RMB and rental allowance 2.24K RMB per month offered by the university.

b) After initial exam, you can get 180K RMB(Including 60K RMB from Shenzhen government (normally 3 months after register) and another 120K RMB from Shenzhen University after mid-term exam (usually in the second year).

c) More than 2K RMB per month provided by the lab.

d) Meal allowances 0.2K per month for 10 months a year.

Minimum annual basic salary: 180K+(8K+2.24K+2K)×12+0.2K×10=328.88K

4.2 Additional RMB 2k/month for postdoctoral research fellows who are less than 33 years old and within 1 year after PhD graduation if you got PhD degree from the first 200 Universities in Times Higher Education World University Rankings, or you have three journal publications at (above) JCR 2th level.

Annual basic salary: 180K+(8K+2.24K+2K)×12+0.2K×10+2K×12=352.88K

4.3 Bonus:

a) 30K RMB bonus for each JCR Q1 paper, 10K RMB bonus for each JCR Q2 paper, 5K RMB bonus for each JCR Q3 paper and 2K RMB bonus for other SCI paper.(or the advisor is the first author and the postdoctor is corresponding author)

b) If qualified, you can apply Postdoctoral novelty plan from government and Zhujiang Talent plan from Guangdong province for Postdoctoral fellowship.

4.4 Benefits after the end of contract:

a) You may have the priority for applying a faculty position at Shenzhen University if you can receive a funding from NSFC and demonstrate outstanding research capabilities during the contract period.

b) You can receive a total research funding about 300K RMB if you stay working in Shenzhen after the end of contract. And you can also receive a benefit of 1.6M RMB if you keep working in Shenzhen for another 3 years. For those who obtained the PhD degree abroad, they can apply for the Shenzhen Peacock Plan and receive a research funding around 3M-5M RMB and a benefit of 1.6M -2.4M RMB.

Conduct the research mainly at Shenzhen University, with opportunities to visit USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and so on.

  1. Requirements:

(1) PhD graduates (including spring or autumn graduates); oversea study or work experience is preferred;

(2) Have published high quality research papers in the international journals during the PhD study.

(3) Strong research background in Wireless Communications and Electromagnetic Fields and Waves.

(4) Healthy, honest, with a strong responsibility and teamwork spirit.

(5) Full time for Postdoctoral Research Fellow.

  1. Introduction to the Supervisor

Prof. Yejun He works in College of Information Engineering in Shenzhen University as PhD supervisor and full professor. He is elected as excellent scholar in Shenzhen University and IET fellow. He is the director of Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center of Base Station Antennas and Propagation, and Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Antennas and Propagation. As a visiting professor, he visited University of Waterloo in Canada and Georgia Institute of Technology in USA. Prof. Yejun He is a member of review commit for funding applications in NSFC and Ministry of Science and Technology. Since Oct. 2017, Sai-Wai Wong is a Full Professor with College of Information Engineering, Shenzhen University, Shenzhen, China. He received the B.S degree in electronic engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong, in 2003, and the M.Sc and Ph.D. degrees in communication engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2006 and 2009, respectively. He was a Visiting Scholar with the City University of Hong Kong and Macau University. From 2010 to 2016, he was an Associate Professor with the School of Electronic and Information Engineering, South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China. Dr. Wong was a recipient of the New Century Excellent Talents in University (NCET) Award in 2013. His current research interests include RF/microwave circuit and antenna design.
